Zwiebelmett mit Brötchen
A traditional German dish featuring raw minced pork mixed with onions, served on fresh rolls, perfect for breakfast.

- 8 oz minced pork
- 1 medium onions
- 2 pieces bread rolls
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp paprika

Start by finely chopping the medium onion.

In a mixing bowl, combine the 8 oz of minced pork with the chopped onion.

Add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, and 1 tsp of paprika to the pork and onion mixture.

Finely chop 2 tbsp of chives and add them to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly using your hands or a spoon until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

While the mixture is chilling, prepare the bread rolls by slicing them in half.

Once the mixture is ready, spread a thin layer of mustard on each half of the bread rolls.

Top each roll with a generous portion of the pork and onion mixture.
