Vegan Gnocchi with Sage Brown Butter Sauce

- 16 oz gnocchi
- 1 cup vegan butter
- 12 leaves fresh sage leaves
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.

Add the gnocchi to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions, usually about 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
