Vegan Coconut Yogurt Parfait with Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 6 leaves fresh mint leaves
- 1 medium banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
