
Tvarůžkový Salát
A savory salad featuring traditional Czech cheese, onions, and pickles, served cold. Perfect for a light lunch or as a side dish.

- 8 oz tvarůžky cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 4 medium pickles
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Begin by finely dicing the tvarůžky cheese into small cubes. Place them in a large mixing bowl.

Peel and finely chop the medium onion. Add the chopped onion to the bowl with the cheese.

Dice the pickles into small pieces and add them to the mixing bowl.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the cheese, onion, and pickles in the large bowl. Stir gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
