
Tarta de Queso Manchego
A savory cheese tart made with traditional Manchego cheese, perfect for a light lunch.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Manchego cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grate the Manchego cheese and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and grated Manchego cheese.

Gradually pour the egg and cream mixture into the flour and cheese, stirring until just combined.

Finely chop the garlic and fresh parsley, then fold them into the mixture.

Grease a 9-inch tart pan with olive oil. Pour the mixture into the prepared tart pan, spreading it evenly.
