Ingredients

- 1 medium, diced Onion
- 2 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1 cup, chopped Cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.

Once the butter has melted and is bubbling, add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Carefully crack the eggs into the skillet, ensuring they do not touch each other.

Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet. Cook for 4-6 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny.

Season the eggs with salt and black pepper to taste.

Gently transfer the eggs to a plate and sprinkle with chopped cilantro for garnish.
