  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
