
Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- 8 pieces corn tortillas
- 2 cups cabbage
- 2 pieces lime
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 piece jalapeño
- 1 piece avocado
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream

In a bowl, combine the shrimp (peeled and deveined) with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.

While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the cabbage slaw. Finely shred the cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Chop the cilantro and jalapeño (remove seeds for less heat) and add to the shredded cabbage. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the mixture and toss to combine. Set aside.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.

While the shrimp is cooking, warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.

To assemble the tacos, place a few shrimp on each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw, and add slices of avocado.
