
Sourdough Bread with Ham
Hearty sourdough bread served with slices of savory ham, a classic German breakfast staple.

- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 8 slices ham
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup pickles
- 1 cup mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

Place 4 slices of the buttered bread, butter side down, in the skillet.

Layer 2 slices of ham on top of each slice of bread in the skillet.
