
Smoked Turkey Leg with Cranberry BBQ Sauce

- 4 legs turkey legs
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup bbq sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup water

Prepare the turkey legs by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over the turkey legs.

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Place the turkey legs in the smoker and smoke for 3 to 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

While the turkey legs are smoking, prepare the cranberry BBQ sauce. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and water.

Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

Once the turkey legs are done smoking, remove them from the smoker and let them rest for 10 minutes.
