Instructions
- 1
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- 2
Season the smoked turkey breast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub the spices evenly over the turkey.
- 3
Place the turkey breast in the smoker and smoke for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 4
Once cooked, remove the turkey from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing it thinly.
- 5
While the turkey is resting, prepare the slider buns. Lightly toast the slider buns on a grill or in an oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes until golden.
- 6
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun.
- 7
Layer a slice of smoked turkey on top of the mayonnaise, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a leaf of lettuce.
- 8
Top with the other half of the slider bun and secure with a toothpick if desired.
- 9
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
