
Smoked Sausage Bites with Honey Mustard Glaze

- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 stalks green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 12 toothpicks

Preheat your grill or smoker to medium heat (about 350°F).

While the grill is heating, slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-inch thick.

In a medium bowl, combine honey, mustard, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Whisk until smooth to create the glaze.

In a large mixing bowl, toss the sausage pieces with olive oil to coat them evenly.

Thread each sausage piece onto a toothpick, about 3 pieces per toothpick.

Place the sausage bites on the preheated grill or smoker. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are heated through and have grill marks.
