Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel

- 2 pieces bagels
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 piece lemon
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 1 handful arugula

Begin by slicing the bagels in half horizontally.

Toast the bagel halves in a toaster or under a broiler until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.

While the bagels are toasting, prepare the toppings. Finely chop the fresh dill and slice the red onion into thin rings.

Once the bagels are toasted, spread 2 ounces of cream cheese on each half.
