
Schinken mit Spiegelei

Ingredients
- 4 slices ham
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 2 slices toasted bread

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add 1 tablespoon of butter.

Add the ham slices to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until crispy and browned. Remove the ham and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Crack the eggs into the skillet, being careful not to break the yolks.

Cook the eggs over medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

Season the eggs with salt and black pepper to taste.

To serve, place the crispy ham on a plate, top with the sunny-side-up eggs, and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve with toasted bread on the side.
