In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of chickpea flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Gradually add 1 cup of water to the dry ingredients while whisking to avoid lumps. The batter should be smooth and pourable.

Chop 2 cups of fresh spinach finely and fold it into the batter along with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
