Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Prepare the parchment paper by cutting two sheets, each about 12x16 inches in size.
- 3
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 1 tablespoon of white wine, minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper to create the mustard sauce.
- 4
Place one salmon fillet in the center of each parchment sheet.
- 5
Drizzle half of the mustard sauce over each salmon fillet.
- 6
Slice the lemon and place a few slices on top of each fillet. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of fresh dill over each.
- 7
Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, creating a sealed packet by crimping the edges tightly.
- 8
Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 9
Carefully open the packets (watch out for steam) and serve the salmon with the remaining mustard sauce on the side.
- 10
Garnish with additional dill and lemon slices if desired. Enjoy your meal!
