- 2 pounds sweet potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons parsley

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.
