- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 small red onion
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 whole lime
- 1 medium jalapeño
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and ground cumin.

Rub the pork tenderloin evenly with the spice mixture.

Place the pork tenderloin on the preheated grill. Grill for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

While the pork is grilling, prepare the pineapple salsa. Dice the pineapple, red onion, and jalapeño.

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, chopped cilantro, juice of 2 limes, and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
