  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 cup dried fruits (e.g., raisins, apricots)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (e.g., banana, berries)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
