Mango and Avocado Salsa with Tortilla Chips
A refreshing mango and avocado salsa served with crispy tortilla chips, perfect for snacking or as a side.
Ingredients
- 2 medium mango
- 2 medium avocado
- 1 small red onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 medium lime
- 1 medium jalapeño
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Dice the mangoes into small cubes, discarding the pit and skin. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the mixing bowl. Dice the avocado into similar-sized cubes as the mango.

Finely chop the red onion and add it to the bowl with the mango and avocado.

Chop the cilantro leaves and add them to the bowl. Squeeze the juice of both limes over the mixture.

Remove the seeds from the jalapeño (if desired for less heat) and finely chop it. Add it to the bowl.

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Drizzle olive oil over the salsa and mix lightly again. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Cover the salsa with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
