  • 1 pound minced pork
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 teaspoon Thai chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons toasted rice powder
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 4 pieces lime wedges

    In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

    Add 1 pound of minced pork to the boiling water, stirring occasionally to break it apart. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the pork is fully cooked and no longer pink.

    Once the pork is cooked, reduce the heat to medium-low. Drain any excess water if necessary, leaving just enough to keep the mixture moist.
