Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 bay leaf
