- 2 pieces duck breast
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 cup water
