- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 tablespoons smoky paprika
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 8 pieces wooden skewers

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, smoky paprika, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the shrimp are evenly coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the shrimp in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
