- 1 cup yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

In a small bowl, mix together the yellow mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, olive oil, fresh rosemary, lemon juice, and smoked paprika to create the mustard glaze.

Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin and pat it dry with paper towels.

Rub the pork tenderloin with a little olive oil and season with additional salt and black pepper.

Place the pork tenderloin on the preheated grill. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the pork tenderloin generously with the mustard glaze.
