- 4 apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup water

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Wash and core the apples, creating a hollow space for the filling.

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, 1 cup of chopped walnuts, 1 cup of raisins, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Stuff each apple with the sugar and nut mixture, pressing it down gently.

Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and dot each apple with 1 tablespoon of butter.

Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the baking dish to create steam.
