
Costillas a la Barbacoa
Juicy pork ribs marinated and grilled, served with a tangy barbecue sauce, popular in many regions.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, cumin, apple cider vinegar, and honey to create a marinade.

Rub the marinade all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).

Remove the ribs from the marinade and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling.

Place the ribs on the grill bone side down. Grill for 15 minutes, then flip and grill for another 15 minutes.

Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, then grill for an additional 10 minutes, turning occasionally and adding more sauce as desired.

Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach at least 145°F. Once done, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
