
Classic Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken
Romaine lettuce topped with grilled chicken, croutons, and Caesar dressing for a satisfying salad.
Ingredients
- 2 heads Romaine lettuce
- 2 pieces Grilled chicken breast
- 1 cup Croutons
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 whole Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Optionally, rub minced garlic over the chicken for added flavor.

Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

While the chicken is resting, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and half of the Parmesan cheese.

Slice the grilled chicken into strips and add it to the salad bowl.

Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine everything evenly.

Top the salad with the remaining Parmesan cheese, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and additional black pepper to taste.
