Chikn noodle soup
A hearty and comforting vegan chick'n noodle soup, filled with flavorful vegetables and aromatic spices, perfect for a cozy meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Fusilli pasta
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 medium Carrot
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 6 cups Vegetable Broth
- 8 ounces Daring vegan chick'n
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 leaf Bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.

Add minced garlic, diced carrots, and diced celery to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Pour in the vegetable broth and add the bay leaf. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Once boiling, add the fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions, typically about 8-10 minutes, until al dente.

While the pasta is cooking, chop the Daring vegan chick'n into bite-sized pieces.
