
Buffalo Chicken Wings
Crispy chicken wings tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce, served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

While the wings are baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the stick of butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are thoroughly coated.

Cut the celery stalks into sticks and arrange them on a serving platter with the blue cheese dressing.
