  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 tortillas corn tortillas
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
