Instructions
- 1
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- 2
While the grill is heating, slice the smoked sausage into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
- 3
Wash and slice the bell peppers into strips. You can use a mix of colors (red, yellow, green) for a vibrant dish.
- 4
Peel and slice the onion into thin wedges.
- 5
In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, bell peppers, onions, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until everything is well coated.
- 6
Once the grill is ready, place the sausage and vegetable mixture onto a grill basket or directly on the grill grates.
- 7
Grill for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is heated through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- 8
Once cooked, remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
- 9
Serve hot, either on its own or with crusty bread or over rice for a complete meal.
