
BBQ Pork Chops with Pineapple Salsa
Grilled pork chops topped with a fresh and tangy pineapple salsa for a tropical twist.
Ingredients
- 4 pieces pork chops
- 1 medium pineapple
- 1 small red onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and red pepper flakes.

Brush the pork chops with the spice mixture on both sides.

Grill the pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
