- 2 pounds pork belly
- 1 cup honey
- 1 4 soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 stalks green onions
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Cut the pork belly into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, smoked paprika, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and apple cider vinegar to create the marinade.

Pour the marinade over the pork belly cubes and toss well to ensure all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).

After marinating, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork belly cubes in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Sear each side for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Once seared, transfer the pork belly bites to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, flipping halfway through.
