Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- 2
Wash and cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets, ensuring even sizes for uniform cooking.
- 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- 4
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- 5
Spread the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- 7
Once roasted, remove the cauliflower from the oven and place it back in the mixing bowl.
- 8
Pour the BBQ sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss gently to coat each piece.
- 9
Return the sauced cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes at 450°F (232°C) to caramelize the sauce.
- 10
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- 11
Serve hot with blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
