
Baked Irish Salmon with Dill Sauce
Succulent salmon fillets baked with a creamy dill sauce, a fresh and flavorful dish from the Irish coast.

- 4 pieces salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 whole lemon slices

In a small saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, season the salmon fillets with 1 teaspoon of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Place them skin-side down in a baking dish.
